Thailand tour packages: plan a journey around you
City discoveries, northern journeys and coastal time, shaped around your plans
Thailand tour packages work best when the route matches the way you enjoy travelling. Start with your dates, interests and preferred pace, then request a proposal with the right mix of places. For example, you might combine Bangkok with the North or give a coastal stay more time. Our enquiry form collects your ideas so that a suitable itinerary and written quote can be discussed.

Thailand tour packages: choose your approach
Choose a starting idea rather than a fixed promise of availability. In addition, tell us which experiences matter most and which journeys you would prefer to avoid. A clear brief makes it easier to compare a proposed route with your budget.
Culture and northern discoveries
Begin with Bangkok’s river temples and neighbourhoods, then consider a separate stay in Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai. For example, a guided city visit can sit alongside a local food experience and a slower heritage day. Leave time between bases instead of adding a new hotel every night.
Tell us whether you prefer museums, markets, architecture or countryside. Then ask the proposal to identify guiding, hotel nights and transport separately. This helps you see which parts are essential and where the route can be adjusted.
Coastal and island journeys
Choose the Gulf or Andaman coast around your travel dates and the kind of stay you want. Meanwhile, beach time can be balanced with an old-town walk or a single boat outing. Avoid assuming that every island combination makes a comfortable day trip.
First, identify your arrival airport and final departure. Then allow a buffer around boat journeys and onward travel. The written proposal should explain transfer days, weather alternatives and any national-park fees that sit outside the package.
A tailor-made multi-region route
A longer journey can combine city, heritage and coastline without rushing through every region. However, distance matters as much as the number of nights. Choose a few useful bases and let the route develop around those stays.
Share your group size, room preferences and approximate budget. In addition, mention any must-see places and the amount of free time you want. The proposal can then show optional experiences separately from the main travel plan.
Plan your Thailand tour packages
First, decide how many full days you have after arrival and before departure. An evening flight does not always create a useful sightseeing day, especially when a transfer is involved. Next, choose one or two main interests for each base. For example, a morning temple visit might leave the afternoon free for a market or a rest. Finally, check whether your preferred route needs flights, rail travel or a long road journey. Ask the written itinerary to identify travel time, overnight stops and any activities that depend on local conditions.

Thailand tour packages: pricing and inclusions
Pricing is by individual quote. There is no advertised fixed starting price because dates, accommodation, route and group size can change the total considerably. Therefore, send a realistic brief and ask for an itemised proposal in Thai baht. It should identify the price basis, any applicable taxes and exactly which services are included. Compare the full itinerary rather than a headline amount alone.

Request a quote
Ask for hotel nights, room basis, guiding and intercity transport to be itemised.
Private travel plan
Request a quote
Specify your group size, vehicle needs, guiding hours and preferred level of flexibility.

What your written quote should explain
- Accommodation category, room occupancy and included meals
- Guiding, transfers and any domestic transport included in the proposal
- Attraction tickets, park charges and other excluded costs
- Payment dates, cancellation terms and changes to the agreed route
No payment is taken through the enquiry form. First, review availability and the written scope. Then check payment dates and cancellation or amendment terms before you agree to a booking. If a deposit applies, its amount and conditions should be stated in the proposal.
How your enquiry becomes a booking
- Send your brief. First, provide the practical details requested in the form and describe what you want from the service.
- Review the proposal. Next, check the scope, availability, total price and any excluded costs. Ask for clarification before agreeing.
- Confirm in writing. Finally, follow the stated confirmation and payment process. A submitted enquiry alone does not reserve a service.
Thailand tour packages: frequently asked questions
Are Thailand tour packages private or shared?
Either format can be requested, subject to an available proposal. First, tell us whether you want a private group or are open to shared departures. Then check the final itinerary for group size, guiding arrangements and the services that apply to your booking.
Can I combine Bangkok, Chiang Mai and a beach stay?
You can ask for that combination. However, the number of nights and transport connections determine whether it feels comfortable. Leave enough time at each base and ask the proposal to show the transfer days clearly.
Are flights and entrance fees included?
Only the services listed in your written quote are included. For example, international flights, domestic tickets, attraction fees or meals may be quoted separately. Check each item before comparing proposals or making a payment.
When is my booking confirmed?
Submitting the form sends an enquiry; it does not reserve services or take payment. Afterwards, review the written proposal, availability and applicable terms. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant provider gives written confirmation.
