Choose the neighbourhood before the room

A room price is only part of the stay. Compare the daily life each address creates: where you eat, how you get home, and what it takes to reach the places that matter.

Write a three-point map

Pick your most important visit, a likely evening area and your arrival point. Compare each hotel against those three points. Do not turn straight-line distance into a walking or driving time; inspect the actual route and access.

Price the routine

Add expected transfers and meals to the room quote. A low nightly rate can still suit you, but make the tradeoff explicit. For a premium room, identify what you are paying for: a particular setting, useful space or another benefit you value.

Ask questions a photograph cannot answer

Ask about steps, lifts, the entrance, noise, luggage storage and cancellation conditions. If an accessibility need is essential, get a specific answer rather than relying on a broad badge. Keep the response with your booking.
